CIMS/WIP Systems

First introduced in 1995, our Computer Inventory Management System (CIMS) is a complete plant automation system. It is integrated with the customer’s scheduling system and provides for just-in-time delivery of loads from your work-in-process (WIP) conveyor to downstream operations, which saves on head count and overall costs. It allows for maintenance diagnostics, flexible scheduling and operations through a touch screen. Innoveyance’s CIMS/WIP System, based on a Rockwell Automation control system, has evolved over the years as a broad platform which is easy to support and maintain. We have installed Innoveyance’s CIMS/WIP systems in numerous locations for both large integrated and small independent packaging manufacturers.
