Mesh-Top Belt Conveyor

C&M Conveyor introduces a mesh top belt conveyor that eliminates “sheet-walk” and provides an improved handling surface for all types of hard-to-convey materials. It also provides a work surface for operators involved in base sheet insertion, load preparation for strapping or operator crossings.

New Transfer Cars

C&M Conveyor introduces new transfer cars with radio frequency communication for improved reliability and automation. Ohio Blow Pipe develops a family of BANOIL™ products, including valves, elbows and mist eliminators, to address specific problems faced by the can industry regarding oils used in the can manufacturing process.

Ohio Blowpipe

Ohio Blow Pipe begins to manufacture its own line of proprietary cutter conveyor and material handling fans.

AirScreen® Acquisition

Ohio Blow Pipe acquires rights to the AIRSCREEN® patent for North and South America from AIRMAT Systems, allowing it to offer a significantly improved under roof separator and provide traction for under roof. Ohio Blow Pipe installs the first under roof AIRSCREEN system for American National Can in California.

Relocation

C&M Conveyor relocates to its current facility in Mitchell, Indiana to accommodate growth.

Mitchell, IN

C&M Conveyor commences operations in Mitchell, Indiana, and begins manufacturing conveying equipment for mining and industrial material handling. The Company gets its start as an engineering company based on service and initially manufactures in-feed and discharges for flexos and die-cutter machines.

Expansion

Ohio Blow Pipe opens a subsidiary in Martinsville, Virginia, called Advanced Air Systems to increase capacity and installation services.

Founding

Ohio Blow Pipe is founded by the Roberts family in Cleveland, Ohio.
