Bottom Sheets for loads must be flat, smooth and single one-piece units in the direction of rotation that will not catch on the space between the belts to ensure reliable operation.
Pivot-Post Turntable
Pivot-Post Design: Utilizes dual Mesh-Top Belt Conveyors with a pop-up Pivot Post in between. The unit will position the load over the Pivot Post and then run the conveyors in reverse to achieve 90-degrees of rotation in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction (direction confirmed at time of an order). Unit is designed for a minimum load size of 30″ wide x 30″ long with a minimum weight of 200 lbs. Length-to-width ratio to be no greater than 3:1.
