Non-Power Roller Conveyor

Construction:

• Available in 3″ and 4″ structural steel channel
• Side frames are in standard 10 ft. lengths, other lengths available upon request
• Each 10 ft. section contains 3 welded cross members

Height:

• 12″ floor to top of roller standard
• Other heights available upon request
• Clearance: Roller height 1/2” above side frames

Rollers:

• Tube is “Swedged” over bearing, no sharp edges
• 2-1/2″ diameter x 11 gauge roller
• Same load rating as 10 gauge
• Available in 5/8″ and 11/16″ hex shaft, spring-loaded
• 750 lbs. per roller

Support legs:

• 5 ft. on center
• 3″ structural steel channel

Bearings:

• Hardened steel raceways
• Broached inner race
• 11- 3/8″ diameter hardened steel balls
• Pressed steel shell with teflon seals
• High temperature, waterproof lubricant for smooth performance
• The outer seal will “trap” foreign matter to prevent entry into the bearing
