Joining forces in 2018, Innoveyance is the synergy of two industry powerhouses: C&M Conveyor and Ohio Blow Pipe. With more than 130 years of collective experience, we deliver custom-engineered material, waste handling and dust collection solutions that create cleaner, safer and more productive manufacturing operations

Our History

1932

Ohio Blow Pipe is founded by the Roberts family in Cleveland, Ohio.

1980

1980

Ohio Blow Pipe opens a subsidiary in Martinsville, Virginia, called Advanced Air Systems to increase capacity and installation services. 

1982

1982

C&M Conveyor commences operations in Mitchell, Indiana, and begins manufacturing conveying equipment for mining and industrial material handling.

The Company gets its start as an engineering company based on service and initially manufactures in-feed and discharges for flexos and die-cutter machines.

1985

C&M Conveyor relocates to its current facility in Mitchell, Indiana to accommodate growth.

1990

1990

Ohio Blow Pipe acquires rights to the AIRSCREEN® patent for North and South America from AIRMAT Systems, allowing it to offer a significantly improved under roof separator and provide traction for under roof.

Ohio Blow Pipe installs the first under roof AIRSCREEN system for American National Can in California.

1991

Ohio Blow Pipe begins to manufacture its own line of proprietary cutter conveyor and material handling fans.

1992

C&M Conveyor introduces new transfer cars with radio frequency communication for improved reliability and automation.

Ohio Blow Pipe develops a family of BANOIL™ products, including valves, elbows and mist eliminators, to address specific problems faced by the can industry regarding oils used in the can manufacturing process.

1995

C&M Conveyor expands its facility to 44,000 square feet and installs its initial Computer Inventory Management System (CIMS), a fully automated work-in-process staging and flow management system for product flow and order tracking throughout an entire plant using a Rockwell platform.

Through a joint venture with Camfil, Ohio Blow Pipe develops its CLEANAIR line of dust collectors.

Ohio Blow Pipe gains preferred supplier status in the packaging industry in corrugated packaging and cans.

C&M Conveyor introduces a mesh top belt conveyor that eliminates “sheet-walk” and provides an improved handling surface for all types of hard-to-convey materials. It also provides a work surface for operators involved in base sheet insertion, load preparation for strapping or operator crossings.

2003

C&M Conveyor completes the acquisition of Automated Systems Technologies, Inc., diversifying C&M’s product offering to the corrugated market and expanding the Company’s presence in the folding carton and commercial printing industries.

Manufacturing capacity is expanded by 36,000 square feet.

2005

C&M Conveyor completes major systems and process improvement initiatives, incorporating cellular manufacturing techniques and lean thinking programs.

Ohio Blow Pipe develops the pit-belt system that marries a continuous overhead belt with a pneumatic air system to create energy efficiencies for customers.

Ohio Blow Pipe designs, engineers and manufactures its ROTOVEYOR system for International Paper. This system helps significantly reduce International Paper’s energy costs.

In response to the adoption of new vacuum-transfer systems, Ohio Blow Pipe develops its patented Mist-Clone® and Slurry-Tech® products to combat dust contamination issues.

2014

2014

C&M Conveyor introduces its fully automated pallet dispensing solution, dispensing single pallets from a stack, handling both wooden and plastic pallets of varying sizes and designs.

2015

2015

C&M Conveyor completes renovation and expansion of a manufacturing plant in Mitchell, Indiana, facilitating efficient workflows and increasing production capacity.

C&M Conveyor introduces its fully automated desheeter that automatically removes the bottom sheet from customer orders that do not require a bottom sheet.

2016

C&M Conveyor introduces its innovative bundle conveyer with modular ball belt to give box plants the ability to side-shift, right-angle transfer in one or two directions, rotate and load build—all on a smaller footprint.

C&M Conveyor introduces its patent-protected mesh ball rotation conveyor that provides a rollerless surface to rotate single/multiple stacks of material with and without dunnage, offering faster rotation and increased stability and safety.

Ohio Blow Pipe develops the Core Monster paper core shredder for the paper and packaging industries.

Ohio Blow Pipe is awarded patents on its Mist-Clone® and Slurry-Tech® product lines.

C&M Conveyor acquires Ohio Blow Pipe to become a single-source conveyance solution for industry from product and material and waste conveyance to air-quality management.

2019

2019

C&M Conveyor has a new laser implemented in the Mitchell, Indiana facility to increase throughput, improve efficiencies and enhance quality.

2021

Innoveyance is formed when C&M Conveyor and Ohio Blow Pipe combine under the Innoveyance name.

C&M Conveyor develops a mesh transfer conveyor that provides transfer of material in three directions using a stable platform with ball belt mesh conveyor, continuing to push innovative product development and increased productivity.
